1. Who we are
These terms govern your use of this website, your application to the consulting program, and the messages you receive from us. The program is operated by Absorber Corp, a Texas corporation doing business as Hamzah Saadah Consulting, based in Houston, Texas. By applying or using this site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
2. The consulting program
The program provides 1-on-1 consulting on content, distribution and monetisation for creators and business owners. Getting in touch does not guarantee acceptance. We speak to everyone who contacts us and accept a limited number of clients.
Results vary and are not guaranteed. You remain responsible for your own business and content decisions. We may change or discontinue parts of the program at any time.
3. Text message terms
By ticking the consent box in the live chat widget on this site and giving us your mobile number, you agree to receive recurring SMS text messages from Absorber Corp (Hamzah Saadah Consulting). The box is not pre-ticked and we cannot text you until you tick it. Messages may include:
- Updates on your application
- Appointment reminders and confirmations
- Program updates and instructions
- Occasional promotional offers
Message frequency varies, and is typically fewer than ten messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages unless you opt back in. For help, reply HELP or email contact@hamzah.biz. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. Your mobile number and SMS consent are never shared with third parties.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to apply and to receive messages from us.
5. Payment
If you are accepted and choose to enrol, the fee, payment schedule and any refund terms are set out in the separate written agreement you sign before starting. Nothing on this website is an offer of a specific price.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use this site or our services for any unlawful purpose, to impersonate anyone, or to infringe anyone's rights. We may suspend or end access for behaviour we consider abusive or fraudulent.
7. Intellectual property
The videos, text, branding and coaching materials in the program belong to Absorber Corp and are protected by copyright. Do not copy, share or redistribute them without our written permission.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this site or your participation in the program.
9. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, store and use your information, and forms part of these terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
