This Privacy Policy explains how Absorber Corp, doing business as Hamzah Saadah Consulting (“we”, “us”), collects, uses and protects your personal information when you apply for or take part in our 1-on-1 consulting program. We are a private company based in Houston, Texas, United States.

1. Information we collect

• Name
• Mobile phone number
• Email address
• Instagram handle
• Appointment details and communication history
• Device and browsing data such as IP address, browser type and cookies
• Anything you type into the live chat widget on this site, including the name and mobile number it asks for

We collect this when you start a conversation in the chat widget, book a call, email us, or otherwise give it to us voluntarily.

2. How we use it

• Answering your enquiry and scheduling a consultation
• Sending SMS text messages about your application, appointment reminders and confirmations, program updates, and occasional offers
• Delivering and improving the consulting program
• Answering your questions and support requests
• Meeting our legal obligations

3. SMS consent and opt-out

We text you only if you asked us to. That happens in one place: the live chat widget on this site. You start the conversation, you type in your own mobile number, and you tick a box that is not pre-ticked, reading “I agree to receive SMS text messages from Absorber Corp (Hamzah Saadah Consulting) at the number provided.” Until you tick it we cannot text you.

Messages may include application updates, appointment reminders and confirmations, program updates, and occasional promotional offers.

We never buy, rent, append or otherwise obtain phone numbers from anyone else.

Message frequency varies, and is typically fewer than ten messages per month. Message and data rates may apply.

To opt out, reply STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation message and nothing further unless you opt back in. For help, reply HELP or email contact@hamzah.biz.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

4. Sharing your information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the service providers we need in order to run the program:

• Our customer relationship and messaging platform, which stores your application and sends our SMS and email
• Our scheduling and video call tools
• Our payment processor, if you become a client
• Website analytics and advertising measurement tools

Each of these is required to protect your data and use it only for the purpose we shared it for. As stated in section 3, your mobile number and SMS consent are excluded from all sharing.

5. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as we need it to run the program and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete it at any time, subject to those obligations.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict how we use it. Residents of California may also ask us to disclose what we collect and to opt out of any sale of personal information, which we do not do.

7. Security

We use industry standard safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children

Our program is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email us and we will delete it.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page.
